SCTelcom Continues to Deploy Fiber in Barber County

SCTelcom was awarded funds under the Broadband Acceleration Grant Program to bring critically needed broadband access to Kansas communities. The company received funds for projects in both Barber and Pratt counties.
SCTelcom's construction crew installs mainline fiber with our cable plow. The cable plow has a long blade with a chute through the height of it that allows the cable to slide through the blade while the plow is being driven along the planned route.
